These Terms govern your use of FALCO (the “Service”), a UAE relocation companion operated by an individual trading as FALCO (“FALCO”, “we”, “us”), based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who you contract with
You are contracting with FALCO. You can reach us at HelloFalco@gmail.com.
2. The Service
FALCO provides relocation information for the UAE — checklists, guides, cultural context, recommended apps, and an AI-assisted chat companion. Paid plans unlock additional content and features.
3. Your account & eligibility
You must be of legal age to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
- infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
- send spam, malware, or attempt to probe, scan, or interfere with security;
- scrape, mirror, or republish our content without written permission;
- misuse the AI chat (e.g. to generate illegal content, harass others, or jailbreak the model).
5. AI chat & accuracy
FALCO’s chat is powered by a large language model and is provided for general guidance only. Outputs may be inaccurate, out of date, or incomplete. The Service is not a substitute for professional legal, immigration, tax, financial, or medical advice. Always verify critical information with official UAE sources (gdrfad.gov.ae, u.ae, mohre.gov.ae, rta.ae) or a licensed professional. You are responsible for your prompts, how you use the outputs, and for confirming you have the right to any content you submit.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its content, software, branding, and design, is owned by FALCO and protected by applicable IP laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial relocation needs. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service or its content.
7. Payments & subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, cancellations, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms in addition to these Terms. See our Refund Policy for our refund period.
8. Service level
We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided “as is” and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, pose a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our policies. You may stop using the Service at any time.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify FALCO against claims arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence applies.
