1. Who we are

FALCO is operated by an individual trading as FALCO(“FALCO”, “we”, “us”), based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We act as the data controller for the personal data we collect about you through our website and services. Contact: HelloFalco@gmail.com.

2. Personal data we collect

  • Account data — name, email, login credentials.
  • Chat content — messages you send to our AI assistant.
  • Support messages — anything you send us by email or contact form.
  • Usage & telemetry — pages viewed, features used, device type, browser, approximate location derived from IP address.
  • Cookies & local storage — used to keep you signed in and remember preferences.

Payment data (card details, billing address) is collected directly by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. We never see or store full card numbers.

4. Who we share data with

  • Paddle — Merchant of Record for sales, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing. See Paddle’s privacy notice.
  • Hosting & database providers — to operate the Service.
  • AI provider — chat messages are sent to a large language model provider to generate responses.
  • Authorities — where required by law or to protect our rights.

5. International transfers

Some of our service providers are located outside the UAE. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or recognised adequacy decisions.

6. How long we keep data

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law. Account data is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period after deletion to handle disputes and comply with tax/accounting obligations.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email HelloFalco@gmail.com. You may also withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. If you are in the UK or EEA, you may complain to your local supervisory authority.

8. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures (including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level security on our database) to protect your data. No system is completely secure, but we work to address vulnerabilities promptly.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences. We may use limited analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used; these do not identify you individually. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

10. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or by email.
