We want you to be happy with FALCO. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for our orders. You can request a refund in two ways:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
- Email us at HelloFalco@gmail.com and we’ll help arrange it with Paddle on your behalf.
How long it takes
Once approved, refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
After the 30-day window
Refund requests made after 30 days are reviewed case by case. We’ll always try to be fair — please email us and we’ll do our best to help.
